Transfer PayPal funds to my Bank in Muscat.

I am trying to transfer PayPal funds to my Bank in Muscat.

I have linked my debit card and every time I am trying to transfer the funds, PayPal says that they are unable to transfer.

Kindly advise.

I'm sorry to know about the withdrawal issue in your PayPal account. Please try clearing cache/cookies and try using a different browser or device to see if it works. Transactions can be blocked or declined often if there's any risk and trying at a later date may remove the blocks. If the issue persists, you can try to withdraw choosing a different card.

I have tried all options you shared but still the same problem, "That we can't make a transfer now".

Can you share the Customer Care Toll-Free Number?

It's very irritating. It never happened with my US bank accounts.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I am getting an error message when I try to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account.  I have done it many times in the past without a problem.  I have tried all the methods of contacting PayPal help but completely useless - no response.  Can you help please?
