Payments from sales temporarily on hold

I recently received some money via paypal but I got an email from Paypal which says that my payments are temporarily on hold. To fix this, the email says that I should receive $200 in sales and process an additional 5 transactions. The problem is that I am not selling anything and this is a personal account. How can I fix this?

You don't have the friends/family option in your country I don't think?

So all payments are received as for payments for goods or services and you may be subject to the new seller hold as per link.

Make sure the funds are SHOWING in your paypal account (pending) to rule out spoof fake paypal emails.

@kernowlass where do I find the family/friends option? I am in South Africa.

I can see the amount I received but it is greyed out. Is there anyway to fix this because since I am not selling anything, I don't know when I will receive $200? Do I just have to wait for 60 days to pass?
