Transfer! I am trying to simply transfer my PayPal balance to my debit card and it won't let me!!

I am simply just trying to transfer my PayPal balance to my debit card and it will not allow me to do so. I also tried transferring it to a different debit card and it simply says" there's a problem right now we can not complete this transaction" I don't know what to do..

Maybe its just a technical issue

Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank.

Why are we not able to instantly trasfer money to a valid debet card?

Is Paypal freezing transfers for no reason?

Sometimes our security system can prevent action being taken on your account if we are unable to authenticate you and cannot confirm that the action is being taken by the account holder.
