I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble with a recent transaction. Please be informed that if you have successfully linked and confirmed your bank account, the account type should not be a problem, if it's a saving or current account. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. Our payPal system declines some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. In this case, please try the payment again at a later time. If the issue persists, kindly check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status or unresolved steps that needs to be completed.
