I was paying a shopDisney order via PayPal using the pay in 3 method which went through until PayPal redirected me back to shopDisney but the shopDisney site came up blank & nowhere to process the payment & order! I didn't get an order number with shopDisney but PayPal is showing that my 1st pay in 3 payment is pending & waiting for the transaction process. I've no idea how to fix this. I have emailed shopDisney's guest services but have not heard from them. I need to cancel this pending payment so I can try again. PayPal has nothing showing to let me cancel it.
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.

i have the same situation but in this case i restarted the pay in 3 method and completed that successfully, however they did take the 1st payment of the plan but doubled in different transaction. Basically one of the payment is correct and has been confirmed y the seller but the other is still pending with out confirmation and i cant cancel a pending transaction on paypal.
