Hey @medo_elgendy,

Welcome and than you for posting your question.

I understand that you made a payment, this is pending but you are not able to see this in your account.

If you used your PayPal account, you should be able to see the payments and the status. If the payment is not showing in your account but is taken from your bank or card, it could mean that you used a guest payment. I would advise checking if the email address on which you received the payment status, is the same as the email address on which you have a PayPal account. When you have this information you can contact us and we can look  up the payment. It will also help if you have the transaction ID. This will also show on the email you received in relation to the payment. When we have looked up the payment we can provide more information on the status.

You can contact us through the 'Help & contact' link at the bottom of each page or through Twitter and Facebook.

I hope this information helps.

Dian

Hi @PayPal_Dian, This is not the first time for me to use my PayPal account with this seller. When I got to pay for my order and use my PayPal, the page automatically transferred to PayPal page and then logged in my account. I’ve paid with my bank card and the money were withdrawn from my bank account, when the page returned back to the seller page, I got an error message that shipping and billing address mismatched and the purchase didn’t complete and in my PayPal account the transaction didn’t appear in the payment status and there is no transaction ID, however it appears in my bank statement. So, I don’t know what to do ?

Hi @medo_elgendy

Thanks for the details. I can certainly understand how confusing this must be.

This usually means there was an authorization transaction when you tried to pay via PayPal. If you received an error during the checkout process, and the transaction did not complete, the authorization is usually cancelled after 48 hours.

I hope this information helps!

Thanks,
PayPal_Tricia

Hi @ PayPal_Tricia Yes, that’s true, I had an error during the checkout process, and the transaction did not complete. But I didn’t get you when you said the authorization is usually cancelled after 48 hours, because till now the refund didn’t reversed to my bank account after 6 days from the transaction. So, what should I expect ?

Hi @medo_elgendy

I appreciate the details.

That's odd that it's still reflecting on your bank account. Since it isn't reflecting on your PayPal account, I recommend reaching out to your bank to explain what happened. They should be able to assist.

I hope this information helps!

Thanks,

Hi @ PayPal_Tricia And this is what I did 2 days ago. I’ve contacted with my bank customer service, explained the issue and they confirmed that there is no any reversed refunds from your side and told me to contact you.

Hi @medo_elgendy

Appreciate the response.

If the transaction isn't reflecting on your PayPal account, there isn't much we can do to assist . Working with your bank would be the best option.

I hope this information helps!

Thanks,
