Topup Wallet via mobile app not working for me

Just opened a paypal account

 

Trying to top up my paypal balance in the mobile app via the wallet then bank current account method.

But it is not able to complete the transaction.

 

Does anyone know why?

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while adding money through PayPal App. This might be due to a technical glitch and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. If the issue persist, please try to add money by logging into your account through a browser.
