So I send my money by accident to a bad account and now I can't get my money back. I contacted the person, but he told me he can't help, because of some limit or something, so I should turn on paypalsupport. I messege the paypalsupport, but they aren't currently avaible. Is there some other way? Or I should I wait until tommorow and then try to contact them again?

Can't advise unless you state how you sent the funds ie which paypal option + how you funded the paypal payment + what it says under the transaction in your paypal account.

Well I went to send and request, after that I wrote the wrong e-mail. I think I chose the service option instead of family and friends. And I paid with mastercard

ok then if you paid using goods/services and the transaction is completed then file a dispute for non receipt of item once escalated to a claim you should win as that person has nothing to send you.
If that fails then try a chargeback directly via your card issuer?
