I sent a buyer the wrong GPU and have agreed to refund him fully, but do I refund him prior to receiving the item back or do I wait for the GPU to return and then refund him?
Thanks in advance

It is customary in selling/retail to refund only after customer has returned item.
This gives incentive for the buyer to return item if you want the item back.
If you want to eliminate the hassle of returning the item for the customer, you may choose to issue a refund without a return with no further obligation to the customer to resolve the matter.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
