I have sent money to this person several times in the past. But now it says he can't receive money at the moment. I've tried a couple of times and in different days. Any idea on how or what to do to fix this? Thanks
Are you using the friends/family option? If so then a recent change means you can no longer send that type of transfer to a paypal business account, so does he have a business account? Check also he has not got any recent limitations applied to his account and can receive the currency you are sending.
