After successfully invoicing and receiving funds for >10 years, PayPal decided out of the blue to start holding my funds for 21 days. Told this was a "system decision" and no person can override. Only option to appeal after funds received. I am done invoicing via PayPal. Not another dollar. Curious what the strategy is and how PayPal expects to grow?
