I was sending money on PayPal to a friend why the receipt not full money?. I was sent 90 Euros he received 87,41 Euro.

Depends how you sent the funds, if you sent using the friends/family option then he would have received the full amount.

If you used goods/services then he would have paid a fee.

Fees are charged for cross border transactions. If your friends PayPal account is registered in a different country, this could be why your friend was charged a fee. For a breakdown of your fees, please click here.

Hello Rachel, He registered in the same country as me.. I don't know maybe a little bit fee if sending money under 100 euro?. 2 weeks later I sent 117 Euros and this time he received the full amount.
