Roblox Cashstar blocked payments and my money taken without any way to cancel the transaction

I tried to purchase on June 15 a $10 Roblox Cashstar gift card  and ordered the gift card on Roblox website. The order was enabled, the money was taken from my Paypal account, but I didnt receive any gift card and they also duplicated and took me the money twice.

Basically the page kept on loading, and never processed. On my Paypal account I have two pending payments and the money is gone. I tried to refund but I can't since both transactions dont have any option to cancel.

I contacted Roblox Cashstar and their answer is this: "Although PayPal may have accepted the transaction, it was not approved through our system. Any funds that may have been set aside are pending and should become available, depending on PayPal's policies. For more information regarding when the funds will become available within your account, please contact PayPal directly."

How can I just cancel these 2 pending transactions? Why dont I have the option for them to cancel?

I'm also having the same issue. I bought $300 worth of gift cards today from Cashstar + Roblox and later received an email stating their inability "to process your [my] Digital Gift Card order from Roblox." I heard from other PayPal users on the Roblox Dev page and the PayPal community that they had received refunds for their failed orders, and I am hoping that's going to be the case for the both of us. However, they also shared that it can take a couple days to an entire month for the refunds to go through. I just hope we get our money back sooner than later.
