I tried to purchase on June 15 a $10 Roblox Cashstar gift card and ordered the gift card on Roblox website. The order was enabled, the money was taken from my Paypal account, but I didnt receive any gift card and they also duplicated and took me the money twice. Basically the page kept on loading, and never processed. On my Paypal account I have two pending payments and the money is gone. I tried to refund but I can't since both transactions dont have any option to cancel. I contacted Roblox Cashstar and their answer is this: "Although PayPal may have accepted the transaction, it was not approved through our system. Any funds that may have been set aside are pending and should become available, depending on PayPal's policies. For more information regarding when the funds will become available within your account, please contact PayPal directly." How can I just cancel these 2 pending transactions? Why dont I have the option for them to cancel? Thanks,
