Requesting payment from PayPal account in Ukraine

Hello, after registering my PayPal account I don't see "Send and Request" option in the menu bar, I see only "Send" and Paypal did not ask me to provide my Passport ID when regustaring. How can I request a payment via Paypal from Ukraine?

PayPal Ukraine accounts can only send/receive friends and family payments and make purchases online as usual before PayPal’s expansion of services.

It’s not possible to “request” payments. Instead, email the sender your PayPal email address or registered mobile number with the amount to send. Then sender can send personal payment through the Send option from their PayPal account.

Countries with only the goods and services option to send money cannot send money to Ukraine accounts.
