Bank Tranfer Never Arrived

Dear PP Members
I have sent money from a bank (Stadtsparkasse) in Germany to my PayPal
account (copied the IBAN from my PP page).
The money sent never arrived but stays in a PP account with the IBAN number
starting with DE....
I am living in Spain.
Now, PayPal in Germany says that PayPal Spain is responsible and PayPal Spain
says that PayPal Germany is responsible and here we go and there is nobody to help.
Evene a letter to the PDG of PayPal in Belgium stayed without reply.
I am asking myself if I should talk to a Lawyer or a TV company because I start getting
the feeling that the money is lost (Unbelievable: BUT even a girl from PayPal Germany
confirmed this possibility).

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. Only customer services ''may'' be able to help you but as you said its difficult for any customer services to sort an international issue out.

Thank you for your kind reply.
I have my PayPal account in Spain since 40 years and very often have sent money to this account.

SO, WHY SHOULD IT NOT WORK WHEN THE TRANSFER COME FROM A BANK IN GERMANY?
And, why does PayPal state on my page my IBAN to send money to this account if it is of no utility
or better said 'not existing'?

This is not al all serious, - and there is nobody one can talk to.

ANYHOW: I noted and informed all my friends that at PayPal it is not possible any more to receive money
when the money comes from an account in another country.
I am asking myself: What is PayPal good for ? If one has a PayPal account in Italy he can not pay his hotel in France?

Please, if you are not from PayPal, please tell me where I can complain as I am not disposed to give
the several thousand Euros because of their politic which is: He will get tired of complaining and looking for his money,
I know the account where they hold my money (If you are in touch with PP I can send it ti you)
