Refunded !

Hello Dears,

At October the 14th, i was refunded money for a failed transaction and the feed is showing that i was refunded, 

Yet my Balance still is showing (Zero) Plus there i have not received anything on my bank account.

The question here is : Will this money ever be back to me or was indeed scammed? And if so, 

is there a way to retrieve my money?

You should get the money back after couple days and it’s probably just taking a while

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account (if available in your country) or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
