Refund

I received funds from buyer and transferred in my account. Once funds completed buyer will cancel the order. I want to issue refund but not enough funds in paypal.how can i add funds in paypal

If you don't have enough funds in your balance then normally paypal will take the funds for your refund from any linked and confirmed bank account.

You don't have balance in paypal 

The pages doesn't go to linked bank account
