Hi is there anyone can help, i had received a fund transfer but in somehow since we new in paypal just realized there is a fees charges which quite big. in this case we prefer to cancel the payment and if we do that does the sender will still accept their money in full without any surprise deduction? thanks
The sender will get the full amount back unless there is a currency conversion and you issued refund more than 24 hrs from date of payment received so the exchange rate on date of refund is used but you will have to pay the difference in fees because PayPal retain (keep) the fees in general.
