Receiving payment privately using business account

Hello, I am interested in setting up a secondary business Paypal account to accept payment for a digital goods business, but would prefer my customers to only have access to my business info (business name, business phone number, business email etc) and not my personal information. I read in a couple of articles that this is possible using Paypal, but I am having trouble finding exact details and information on this (also, it's legal \ ok to have a second Paypal account for the same person, I assume? I don't see any information indicating otherwise). Anyway, I set up my business account already, linked my bank account, set up a business name, and tried sending a payment from my personal account. My hope was that during the transaction I wouldn't be able to see any of my personal info linked to the business account I was performing the test transfer to. However, in transaction history, I get: You'll see "PAYPAL *JOHN[Removed]" on your card statement, where of course John [Removed] would be where my actual name is. Is there any way to make this info on the card statement private as well, and is there any comprehensive way to view all of the info linked to my profile that is public? I don't mind Paypal having all this info, but it seems completely unclear to me which of my information is public to anyone I carry out transactions with and which is only visible to Paypal. Thanks for any info about this!

Take the time to go through all the Account’s settings, you’ll eventually run into the setting for what name will appear in customer’s statements.

Or go into the business info settings as that is the info that will be interfacing with the public.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
