Why i cant receive my funds from Tilla service? From their side all approved and completed. But funds not reach my wallet on paypal

Ukraine accounts cannot receive goods and services payments if Tilla sends those as pay outs. Only friends and family type payments.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
