Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

Yes I have the issue too. My friend sent me money and it shows they sent it but no money in account. Hopefully I get it

I’ve received a payment from something I sold on depop, it’s showing in my activity but my balance is showing 0.00 

I've received no email from PayPal to say the payments on hold and my balance wasn’t in negative

can anyone tell me why this is

I have the same problem today, I received emails, I saw on recent transactions, but still no progress of showing on balance.
