Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

Pay gone though but not showing in balance

I sold two items on eBay both were paid for using PayPal the payments show up in activity but not in balance . I have made no transactions my self that could off set the amount

I had 9$ in my paypal . A guy sent me 6$ and it didn't show in my paypal wallet so went to the e-mail that I received for the 6$ payment and I clicked refund. Paypal refunded his money from my 9$ and now I only have 3$ I lost 6$ ._. wtf is this and paypal customer service is not responding.
