Hi, I was maked a buy but transcaction abort, My bank have charge IN process, what I can do? thanx a lot

The pending charge will eventually expire and drop off if it was aborted. If the pending charge is pending for longer than 30 days, ask PayPal (if pending in PayPal too) or your bank to void it.
