After doing business with PayPal over a decade, and never having a negative dispute over fulfillment of items, we are suddenly being asked for Purchase Receipts and Shipping Confirmation from PayPal while they hold our account hostage by not letting us withdraw funds for these products that were just orders, in-some cases, within the last 24 hours.
Doesn't this seem overly zealous?
What is triggering this?
Why is this being done at the height of our growth and our busiest season?
How long will it take to resolve if we decided to provide this information?
Why were we not provided advance notice?
Why are the offering me a $90,000 loan simultaneously?
Is anybody else experiencing this disruption?
