Problem with incorrect transaction description

I have a problem with my client who paid for my service and in the description of the payment he incorrectly stated "IPTV". I do not sell it and I know that it is not allowed to sell illegal things on PayPal. I have never had a problem like this, I have always tried to have a correct relationship with my clients, and I have never had a single problem with my paypal account. Will I have problems because of this error? Can you help me with this?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

 

I do understand your concern. Every payment that is processed through PayPal's system is reviewed. If a payment is being sent/received for activities that are against our User Agreement, the payments can be placed on hold and account limitations placed.

 

I would suggest you reviewed our Acceptable Use Policy to ensure the items/services you are providing are not in breach of this. This can be done by clicking here
