Hey guys. Yesterday i tried to do reservation on booking. They took money but didnt make any reservation. I payed on paypal,paypal shows me that Payment is pending,after 20minutes i recieved money back. Then i tried to do again reservation and again,they took money but didnt make reservation. After one day i havent recieved my money back. It shows me that is pending. What can i do and how to get back my money? Thank you.
Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that your payment is pending. It could be possible that an authorization request is pending with the merchant. When you authorize a payment, merchant needs to either capture the payment or deny the same, it remains pending until the merchant take an action on pending payment. If they do not take any action for 30 days, it would get auto cancelled post 30 days. Here is more information regarding the pending payment.
