I tried to cash in into my paypal account through gcash but I recieved a text from gcash saying "Sorry, your cash in via Paypal cannot be processed due to a Paypal system error. Please try again after a few hours" I waited for 10 hrs but I still can't cash in. I hope you can help me on this matter. Thank you
