Paypal charged me 5x on my debit card from a declined payment on Newegg.

Paypal charged my debit card 5x for 1 transaction on Newegg. Charge appears on my bank but not on Paypal activity, the payment also has been declined by Newegg but my money still has not returned. What do I do?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. 

I do understand your concern with this. It sounds like your bank may have duplicated the authorization for your payment. When you attempt to make a payment, the amount of the payment will be taken as part of an authorization process. 

As the merchant has not completed the order, all the funds will be released back to your bank within 72 hours. Please keep an eye on your bank statement to see this.
