My PayPal debit card works perfectly fine at the atm, and it used to work online too. but now whenever I try to by something online it says "this card cannot be verified" I tried fixing it on my PayPal account but it said " This card can't be used forecourt payment or added to your PayPal account. Try a different card. I don't have a different card all I've had is my PayPal card. What do I do, I don't known how to fix this.
