I want to buy someone off an online shopping website, last time I used it they didn't ask for a funding source and just deducted my PayPal balance, but now it asks for me to add a credit card or a card which I do not have.
You can use your balance a few times but after that paypal will ask you to add a card and/or a bank account (depends on your country) to verify your account and act as a back up funding source.
