I am glad to help you today. I would like to inform you that once the payment gets initiated we will not get an option to cancel or reverse the payment. I am requesting you check the payment status if the stats are marked as completed, you can contact the recipient and request the refund or you can contact your financial institution and try to file a claim on that wrong payment.

If the recipient says that there is a dispute on the payment but you do not see one, this will require account-specific investigation. Please reach out to Customer Service to request help. You can click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options. Alternatively, you can also reach out on social media by sending a direct private message via Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
