When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.

No it`s not Solved it will be when I will get back money.

And I not suggest to use booking.com it specially pay with paypal in booking com

I don't need kudos/solutions as I have loads but if you are not going to say thank you when someone gives up their time to respond to your post then they won't be back to help you another time. 

The only 'solution' I can give you is to explain how the system works and when you will get your refund, which I did.

P.S  I try to message to my lovely PayPal that Booking com making problems- just try to common with them and inform about that if person pay with pay pal in booking com money can stuck.
