Auto transfer not working ?

I received money on my paypal 2 mars and today is 19 mars .. still my money is not transferred to my bank account although i have auto transfer enabled i tried to contact paypal support but nothing they say its not available for the moment what should i do ?

Have you got a visa credit card linked and confirmed on your paypal account?

Of course everything is set .. i only got one thing may be the problem .. my name in visa is m•••• w•••• b••• but in paypal its in reverse order like b•• w••• m••• could tht be the problem ? I used to do instant transfer without any issues

Hi @Benzo24

 

I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues. If you have auto withdrawal enabled you should be receiving your funds as normal. Have you checked with your bank? As you mention your name is the other way around at your bank they may have flagged it for review. I would give your bank a call and ask them to check their unclaimed queue to see if your funds are there.
