I am a web designer and I send out my invoices through PayPal and my clients pay me through PayPal. Why des some of my money received from clients go "on hold" in PayPal? Thank you very much for your help

Thank you for the link to the info. Is there documentation on the PayPal fee? Is the fee based on your invoice amount or how long you have been with PayPal?
