Payment sent to me in a Currency I hadn't added

A payment was sent to me from a friend in USD, my only Wallet currency at the time was GBP.
I added a USD currency to my wallet about 5 minutes after they sent the funds and my friend sent me a screenshot that I need to approve this payment within my Activity.

However nothing is showing in my activity and i'm wondering if it's because I didn't have a USD currency at the time they sent the money.
Anything I need to do here or just wait?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving a payment. It sounds like you may need to confirm your email address to claim the payment. If you've already confirmed your email address the payment was sent to, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. They should be able to research what's going on with that transaction.
