Payment sent and confirmed, but recipient says he hasn't received anything

I paid for a product on discogs.com with my credit card, the transaction being handled by paypal. I have received the transaction receipt (from paypal) but the recipient says he hasn't received the money. I have received the transaction codes but I can't check the status of that transaction, and it doesn't appear in my account. I have checked with my bank and the money have been indeed sent.

Give seller the transaction ID number and/or receipt ID number and seller can contact customer services to verify and trace those numbers
