I was set to recieve money for a transcription job I did. I got an email from paypal saying that my payment is waiting but in activities tab it does not show any transaction. It says to provide additional information they need to receive payments. But there’s nothing I know of that i did not try please help. Ps. i am receiving money from other clients but just not this one. And i know they sent the money because i got an email from paypal stating the exact amount that I was to be paid.
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving a specific payment. Have you checked the Resolution Center for any steps that need to be completed?
