I sent invoice to customer and customer said he has paid i sent on 20 and he has cleared on 20 but till 28 i have not received then i cancelled invoice what will happen now and where did customer money gone if he paid

Depending on what country your account is registered in, there may be additional steps to complete to receive a payment.
