Payment for a service

My client sent some funds into my account, the payment was for my service.. but when i clicked on get your money soon button, the payment changed as if i was sending physical goods and is needed to add tracking number.. ultimately my funds are put on hold for days. didn't happen on previous payment but some of current incoming money. i need my money soon.
