I want to purchase something on eBay in euros. How do I do that?

I want to purchase something through eBay.it 

It’s only set up to take euros.  If I “buy it now” will my PayPal payment transfer into their account in euros?

Yes just pay the seller in the currency that they want and ebay checkout should say how much in your currency will be deducted from your funding source.
