Payment declined Australia to Indonesia

When I process payments, it comes up with Declined, I have used the chat box and other methods. The chat box keeps saying, "I didn't get that. Can you say it again?" "YES." not working, and I've refreshed my payment details twice. Still unable to process payments.

I am sorry to hear that your payment is declined. I completely sense how disturbing it can be. I suggest you please clear your browser cache, and cookies and then try to send the payment. A payment may be declined for several reasons. I suggest you please refer to this link. I hope this information helps.
