Cant Link Debit Visa Card

I can't link my debit card, message show "declined". I already ask my bank they said my card is active. I from Indonesia. Thanks for help.

In addition to the tips offered in this article, I suggest ensuring you're logging in from one consistent device with your location services turned on. It can also help to clear your cache and cookies.

Well i tried your solution, but yesterday i chat admin, and like 8 hours ago answered and checked my problem, so my card just blocked for some reason, but the solution is admin and me should online at the same time for send the code solution. Still waiting for the response
