Change payment confirmation emails from Indonesian to English?

I am a merchant registered in Indonesia. I am using Paypal Subscription (recurring payment) feature and selling my products to Australia market.

Everytime buyer completed their payment charge, there is an automated email sent from Paypal to inform their payment status. 

However, the email is being sent in Indonesian language. Hence the buyer is confused why is the email in English.

How do I change the default email language sent to buyer to English?
