Payment being declined

Any payment I make through PayPal is being declined even though I have a payment method connected to my account which is my bank account. I would appreciate any kind of help, thank you!

Thank you for the post. I am sorry to know the payments are getting declined. I do understand you have linked a bank account (it has to be confirmed too). Possible reasons for payment decline are given below
1. PayPal account may have limitations

2. Bank is declining the payment transfer

3. PayPal is not allowing the payment to be processed.

Please contact PayPal support for better assistance.

I linked my SBI global VISA card to my PayPal and when I make the payment to my friend who lived in kenya it’s saying PayPal contacting to your bank server then a white blank page showing when I refresh i seen my home page

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Sorry to hear you're running into some issues making a payment to your friend. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and history yet? If you're still unable to make a payment after that, you may want to make sure your card is confirmed as well.
