Paymaya Cannot be used for Transfers?

I just linked my Paymaya Virtual card to may Paypal account, paid the 100 fee to get the code and tried to transfer my balance to Paymaya but it is not showing on the Linked eligible cards, it says "These can't be used for transfers" I am transferring more than 500 pesos funds. 

Is there a processing time to link paymaya account? Anyone who experience the same?

Sorry to hear of the concern.

Not all cards are eligible to receive withdraws. This is something determined by the card issuer.
