PayPal reversed a transaction I made on depop & stole money out of my account!

I sold 2 different items to 2 different people on Depop. They paid me on PayPal- their money went into my account & I mailed both of them their items separately. A week later & a month later I receive 2 separate emails saying the transaction was being reversed & cancelling - returning the payment to the buyer bc I’m “not a verified PayPal member” Wtf does that mean!? I use PayPal all the time I’ve verified every way I can. PayPal robbed me twice I’m super upset
