Issues with order update

Hi, I received payment for services and it's currently on hold. In update tracking info I selected "Order Shipped", but my clients don't see any confirmation button on their to acknowledge that they have received the service. So there is no way for me to complete the order.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I understand your concern regarding the payment hold. I suggest you contact the buyer and ask them to confirm the receipt from their PayPal account using a computer instead of the PayPal mobile app. Please provide the steps from the link to the buyer confirm the receipt to release the payment. I understand that you are concerned about payment hold. If the held payment is for a service, update the order status on your Activity page. You can ask the buyer to confirm the receipt by following these steps. If you have any issues, it is best to contact our PayPal customer support directly, so that we can check your account and help accordingly.
