PayPal is the most worst service to transfer money in DUBAI UAE!

i have sent some amount while using this worst application its been 1 month they are holding money and went i sent email and requested for a call to find solution then their representative called me at mid night 12am, which i was not be able to answer after that i sent several mail but they didn't reply me anything and my amount is still on hold.... i am requesting all the people in dubai that its a good if you are buying anything online and its a WORST app if you want to sent money to any of your relative or friend please never use it for transferring money
