PayPal is holding my refund

Does PayPal collect interest for 7 days? When they refuse to refund immediately.I want to contact PayPal management. They are holding my refund for 7 days, it’s my money. Don’t reply if your going to praise PayPal.

I want management contact emails and phone numbers, this is elderly abuse

now they won’t let me post

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've been running into some issues with a recent refund. Normally, a refund will process immediately if the funds have cleared from the original transaction to the seller, and then back from the seller to you. If we are waiting on the original funds from the transaction, or the seller has refunded the transaction from outside of their PayPal balance, there may be a delay until those funds clear. Once PayPal receives the amount to fund your refund, it will process immediately back to your original funding source.
